Develop Understanding: Whilst most of the recruiter rely on the job description being shared by the client, we walk extra mile with our attempt of meeting in person and understanding their requirement in details. In case of replacement recruitment, understanding the challenges being faced from the employee side gives a lot of insight about the exact requirement of the client. In person meeting also gives you a brief exposure about the infrastructure, management practices, team size and culture which are important inputs for the candidates to discuss and decide for their career decision.
Assign Recruiter: We do not generalise rather believe in expertise. We have domain experts and we strongly believe that critical openings need expertise and attention. We feel key to successful closure is potential of individual recruiter to understand the requirement of either side and strike a balanced match for a long term, fruitful and sustainable solution.
Searching suitable profile: Like others we also have subscription to multiple portals and platforms to search and get the suitable candidates. However, we always keep this as second option as this lacks personal understanding and touch. Over the years, our management and team has developed relationship with professional from various domains which are documented and stored as database for our internal reference. We use this database as our primary search data bank as this gives us comfort and understanding from either side. We feel happy and proud in saying that most of our senior and mid level openings are closed through this databank only. Needless to mention, when we search we take into account the inputs gathered through job descriptions and personal visit.
Sharing: The shortlisted profiles are shared with the concerned representative of the organisation for their review and in principal approval. We often speak to them and make them understand the reasons for selection and why the individual should be given an opportunity.
Co Ordination: This is another important area which is neglected by most of the recruiter. All your efforts go into vain , if you fail to effectively co ordinate between organisation and candidate. This needs patience, series of mails and calls and willingness to go extra mile to meet the requirements and ensure matching. The credit for the growth we are witnessing now, can also be given to our team who have been excellent in co ordination.
Interview: Finally, successful co ordination leads to interview. We ensure that timelines are maintained from either side.
Feedback: This is an important tool for continuous improvement. We believe in taking feedbacks from either sides and improving our understanding with clients and/or candidates. This helps us to improve.
Selection and closure: We remain in touch with organisation and once any candidate is shortlisted or selected, we ensure proper communication and closure ensuring that all the documentation and formalities are complied with.
